Fizēk Fitness is owned and operated by Margo and Lance Henrie. We opened the doors in March 2014 and have had an outpouring of amazing women become members. Margo Henrie has over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry and brings her highly energetic personality and motivational demeanor with her every day, empowering women to reach their fitness and nutrition goals.
